Take a look at the AP exam questions that accompany the course guide (it's down-loadable from an earlier blog post).  Look for any that relate to this unit, and study the answers.

Look through your textbook materials on-line, specifically review materials that include multiple choice examples. 

Download the review questions from class today (above), and finally..

review your Change Over Time essay rubric.

Please respond the the following scenarios by telling me if they are Constitutional or not AND whether you agree or disagree with the court's ruling. Be able to explain your answer.

1. Two people were arrested after they walked through a Roman Catholic neighborhood and asked two men they met on the street to listen to anti-Catholic messages on their CD player
2. A person was fired for using peyote, an illegal drug, as part of a Native American religious service.  The state refused to pay welfare benefits to the person who lost his job.
3. Several southern cities banned a religious group from using animal sacrifice as part of their prayer ritual.
4. The state fined members of the Amish religion who refused to allow their teenage children to attend public school.
